"Stand them in the stream, head them upstream, rejoice as they learn to love this space they live in, its sticks and leaves and then the silent, beautiful blossoms."

"I believe strongly that mental health counseling is not just for when we are in crisis; it is just as important to maintain our mental health as we do our physical health, and seeking counseling services is a powerful tool in overall wellness.
Desmond Tutu said, 'There comes a point where we need to stop just pulling people out of the river. We need to go upstream and find out why they're falling in.' Being able to address the emotional, interpersonal, and mental outcomes of our lives' struggles, traumas, and complicated experiences requires us to not only look at the past and repair what resulted, but also examine the present and develop new skills for emotional and mental safety and success moving forward."

"Hello there! I’m Alexandria Cosma or Allie.
I enjoy working with children, adolescents, and adults regarding various issues, problems, and figuring out how to navigate life. I enjoy helping people grow. This can look like so many things and sometimes that is the best part. We can learn ways to move forward. Let’s make it happen."

"I am neurodivergent Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who specialized in
couples and adventure therapy. I create a warm, authentic space where clients can
explore, grow, and heal with a touch of humor inspired by my favorite things The Golden
Girls and Kermit the Frog.
I’m currently pursuing my Ph.D. in Recreational Therapy and working toward
certification as a Clinical Adventure Therapist, combining evidence-based approaches
with adventure and experiential therapy for adults and couples. My goal is to make
therapy engaging, flexible, and accessible, including tailoring adventure-based
experiences for neurodivergent or disabled individuals and couples. Adventure, humor,
and human connection are all part of the journey here."
